








Binzhou is located in the center of Yellow River Delta and neighbors Tianjin New Coastal District, a national level development zone to the north. With an area of 9600 square kilometers and a coastline of 240 kilometers, it has six counties, one district and eight provincial level economic development zones under its jurisdiction.
Binzhou offers an enabling investment environment with its interwoven expressways and railways. Dagao General Aviation City and 10,000-ton port are under construction. It has been awarded as “National Sanitary City” and “City with Special Charms”.
Its industrial cluster is composed of ten sectors, including textile and clothing, oil, salt and chemical industry, auto and part, ship making, aircraft and spare parts, electronic information, grain, oil-bearing products, fruits and vegetables, bio-engineering and etc. In 2007, financial revenue of Binzhou reached over 6 billion Yuan, 135 companies realized over 100 million Yuan of sales revenue, 7 companies went listed in domestic and overseas markets, and the foreign trade value hit 3.4 billion US dollars and the actual utilized foreign capital registered 400 million US dollars.
